Proprietor, Mark Loffredo, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science and Construction Management with concentrations in Soil Mechanics and Hydrostatics (ground water problems). 

Mark has been in the inspection business since 1980, and participates in continuing education programs to stay abreast of new construction techniques, materials and technologies.

Mark Loffredo’s reports are accepted by all major lending institutions and banks.
